01 Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern exclusively the access to and use of the website https://sulko.pages.dev (hereinafter the "Website"), as an informational showcase/portfolio of Panajotis Angjelos Sulce, operating under the trade name "SULKO" (hereinafter the "Operator").

These Terms do NOT govern in any way the commercial, economic or contractual aspects of any software development assignments (amounts, deposits, delivery timelines, penalties, post-release warranties, transfer of intellectual property of the source code and similar matters): such aspects are governed exclusively by the Commercial Terms for Software Development, a separate and confidential document that is sent and signed individually during the quoting phase of each project, and which prevails over these Terms for everything concerning the B2B contractual relationship.

By accessing or using the Website, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If not, they are invited not to use the Website.

03 Intellectual property of the website content

The Operator owns or holds a license for all intellectual property rights relating to the content of the Website: text, images, graphic elements, structure, source code of the Website itself, the portfolio of presented projects, and the "SULKO" trademark/trade name (hereinafter the "Content").

Only viewing the Content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Any reproduction, republication, distribution, automated systematic collection (scraping), or commercial exploitation of the Content, in whole or in part, without the Operator's prior written authorization, is prohibited. To request a different use, please write to sulko.development@gmail.com.

04 Rules of conduct for visitors

By using the Website, the user agrees not to:

• systematically collect data or content from the Website using automated means (bots, scripts, crawlers) without written authorization;
• attempt to circumvent or disable the Website's security measures, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• use the contact form to send deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful or unsolicited (spam) messages;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
• impersonate other persons or entities, or provide false information through the contact form;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the normal operation of the Website or related infrastructure;
• remove copyright or ownership notices from the Content.

The content of the Website, including service descriptions and the price ranges shown on the Services page, is purely informational and indicative in nature: it does not constitute a binding contractual offer and does not replace a specific quote, which is always agreed individually with the client through the Commercial Terms for Software Development.

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, and is not liable for any damages arising from malfunctions, maintenance interruptions or technical issues of the hosting infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website.

06 Links to third-party sites and profiles

The Website contains links to third-party profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub). These links are provided for the user's convenience: the Operator has no control over such external sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy notices, or the practices adopted by those platforms.

The processing of users' personal data and the use of cookies on the Website are governed, respectively, by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the Website, which form an integral part of these Terms with regard to data processing.

The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, by publishing the updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Website following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them. Last updated: 07/13/2026.

09 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute concerning their interpretation, validity or execution, the Court of Como has jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction provided by law for the protection of consumers residing in the European Union.
